HWALGONG THERAPY

HwalGong is a massage theory and technique from the Korean tradition of healing arts with its principles dating back 10,000 years. 

  • Level I: Self healing
    Learning healing principle and practicing with partners. You learn how to develop and strengthen your energy sensation.

  • Level II: Learn stretching by symptoms. Learning energy yoga to stretch muscles of the body and circulate energy through out the meridian channels. As the body naturally releases tension, energy flows more smoothly along the energy channels.

  • Level III: Energy healing techniques. Learning 5 elements, Yin Yang theory and the energy relationship with each organ. This practice incorporates techniques to help people open their energy (meridian) channels enhance their natural healing power.

In the Yoga Therapy Program, students study and experience diverse traditions of yoga and their applications for clinical use.
